SATAC 2026 – Terms & Conditions (Payment & Registration Policy)

1. General Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all registrations, payments, and participation for the Saudi Arabian Toastmasters Annual Conference (SATAC 2026), organized by Knowledge Expansion in collaboration with Toastmasters International – District 79.

By registering for the event, all participants agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

 

2. Registration & Payment Policy

2.1 Payment Requirement

Full payment must be completed at the time of registration to confirm attendance. No registration will be considered valid until payment is successfully received.

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Online payment (credit/debit cards), bank transfer, or approved payment gateways.

 

 

3. Ticket Structure (IMPORTANT)

All registrations are sold and marketed as a single-day paid experience.

The second day of the conference is provided as a complimentary extension of the experience and is included at no additional cost.

Participants acknowledge that:
– The ticket price reflects access to Day 1 only
– Day 2 is a value-added complimentary benefit
– No partial refunds, discounts, or adjustments will be made if the participant attends only one day

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 No Refund Policy

All registrations are non-refundable once confirmed.

4.2 Substitution Policy

Participants may transfer their ticket to another individual by notifying the organizers at least 5 days prior to the event.

4.3 Credit Policy (Discretionary)

In exceptional cases, the organizer may issue a credit note (up to 50%) valid for future events, subject to approval.

 

5. Late & Onsite Registration

Onsite registrations may incur an additional administrative fee and are subject to availability.

 

6. Event Modifications & Force Majeure

The organizers reserve the right to change event dates, venue, speakers, or agenda. In case of force majeure, the event may be postponed or modified. No refunds will be issued, and registrations remain valid for the rescheduled event.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

The organizer is not responsible for travel disruptions, personal injury, illness, or any indirect losses.

 

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Participant information will be stored securely and may be used for event communication and future marketing unless opted out.

 

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain professional behavior. The organizers reserve the right to deny access without refund for violations.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
